Family-owned since 2007. We own our own sawmill, our own factory, and build everything ourselves.

We’re a family-owned and managed business based in Lanseria, Johannesburg. Since 2007, we’ve grown from a small pallet operation into one of Gauteng’s largest — but we’ve kept the same approach the whole way: build it ourselves, price it fairly, and treat every customer like they matter, whether they’re ordering one pallet or a thousand.

We specialise in custom-made wooden pallets at competitive prices, alongside crates, solid shelving, and fumigation services for export shipments. Nearly two decades in, we still run the business the same way we started it — hands-on, and close to the product.

Most pallet suppliers buy their timber from someone else, then add their margin on top of that supplier’s margin. We don’t. Our sawmill is in Mpumalanga, and it feeds directly into our Lanseria factory — which means:

Lower, more stable pricing. No middleman between the tree and the pallet on your loading dock means our quotes reflect our actual production cost, not a chain of resellers.
Consistent timber supply. We’re not at the mercy of a third-party supplier’s stock levels — if you place a large or ongoing order, we control the raw material end-to-end.
A genuinely sustainable operation. Owning the sawmill lets us manage sourcing responsibly rather than buying whatever’s cheapest on the open market that week.

What We Manufacture

Pallets: We build 2-way entry pallets (lifted from the front or back) and 4-way entry pallets (accessible from all four sides), tailored to how you’ll actually move them — trolley jack or forklift, the load weight, and whether the pallet needs to be reversible.

Pallet grades: We supply A, B, and C graded pallets depending on what your business needs — new first-grade timber, reconditioned used stock, or budget-grade pallets for internal warehouse use. We also buy and sell used pallets, so if you’ve got stock you no longer need, we’re a market for it too.

Wooden crates: Custom-built to your specification — slatted or fully solid, depending on whether the contents need full enclosure or a lower-cost option is fine.

Shelving & fumigation: We manufacture solid wooden shelving, and offer pallet fumigation for businesses shipping export orders that require it.

Who we serve: From DIY buyers picking up a handful of pallets to commercial accounts running ongoing bulk orders — we quote both the same way: directly, and without unnecessary markup.
